In order to spread the word around HelpOut we are going to launch a social media campaign on four different social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Youtube & Instagram.

 

Target Audience: Residents of the Netherlands between 16 and 64 years old.

 

Objective: Give people the opportunity to help out and get over slacktivism.

 

How do we plan to achieve the above?

 

In order to have a successful social media campaign HelpOut will identify with influencial activists online with big fan base in order to spread the word and create a collaboration between the two parties. 

 

Along with our "close to the heart" messages and simplified website we plan to get people who sympathise with refugees on social media active offline too via our interactive social media channels monitored around the clock. 

Campaign content will vary depending on the nature of each platform but will have the same theme and key message:
